Title basically says all: Release Tendry's Tale source code on the official source code page.

I tried looking at TCB's source about a year ago, but I couldn't make any sense of it. But I looked again just yesterday, and all of a sudden I can understand it! What used to just look to me like an indecipherable mess of tabulators, switches and "ASSERT"s now looks like a[n inherently messy] collection of variable references and function calls!

I'd like to be able to refer to Tendry Tale's source code when investigating RPG bug reports so I can be that much more helpful. And there's many other reasons somebody might like to see the code.
