I'm just curious to know if there is any general suggestions for this room to make it easier and to see how many moves I need for this room? Right now I enter with 423 because I did a few of the other "secret" rooms before coming to this one. Should I go back and optimize my previous rooms to get this one done? I can manage to get most of the golems killed but then I can't kill the guard because I change back. Any help?

The scores for this room on CaravelNet range from 300-600 moves so yes, you can do it if you are extremely efficient. You mustn't turn back into Beethro in this room, because you need to fly across a pit in the next room.

My demo wasn't as efficient as you need to be, but Remlin's #1 does show a couple good strategies.
1. Bunch up the giants so they can be hit all at once.
2. You can start manipulating the guard even before you cross the force arrow.

Thanks, I redid the previous rooms because I didn't think I'd be able to do it and I managed to complete the room in 375 rooms. Got second place on my first actual completion, so I'm pretty happy.
