You can add 25 ATK and 15 DEF to that, as some of the areas are inaccessible, which should be fixed. My solution would be to move the force arrows in 1N2W to uncover a corridor to the corner of room. hyperme, can I do it myself, or you want to make the edit? Also, I didn't use goblin king. Because I forgot.

The player will fight the "???" aumtlich from Level 4. His stats, and the reward afterwards would scale with player's stats and reputation (he is player's alter ego - a story element, making this scaling have sense). The more reputation, the more hp he will require to kill, regardless of player's stats. At 10k reputation, player would have to take about 3000 damage, and at 30k rep - about 7000. Stats will influence the final score, so they are just as important for the optimizations.
The accessories would be used to unlock upgrades before the boss battle. Speed potion would unlock extra defense, for example. Of course, no scaling will be performed for these items, otherwise they are useless. For every bonus which is accessible but is NOT used, the player will gain extra reputation AFTER killing the final boss (for example if death golem is killed, but wall walking is not used to get the corresponding bonus, then reputation is awarded). He will then be given an award, based on his final reputation. So the best possible way to end this hold is to clear the hold of 99% of monsters and use no accessories to kill the final boss. Don't worry, you will not be able to bring the bomb there.
Actual hold completion rewards would be partially scaled equipment (like sword which gives from 250 to 270 ATK, nothing too unbalancing). Numbers something along the lines of:
<10k reputation - Elusive Explorer - Best loot given (set 1)
10k-20k reputation - Inexperienced Delver - Worst loot given
20k-30k reputation - Confident Exterminator - Average loot given
30k-40k reputation - Dependable Cleaner - Good loot given
>40k reputation - Smitermaster Extraordinaire - Best loot given (set 2)
First and last awards should be retested before deciding on the final number there, but you should get the idea pretty clearly. Minimalist and completist approaches are enforced.
EDIT: The disarm token works only within the bounds of a single room. As it is now, the bomb is accessible only with the help of a pickaxe.
