I'm a huge fan of the DROD series.. I've played AE all the way through and also purchased JTRH.. and then I took a break for a year or longer... now I am looking to get back into it.. and all of a sudden I see two new versions... (New to me at least)...

They are TCB and a new RPG version which sounds very interesting.. My only question is.. Which one should I purchase next?

I'm a casual gamer so either one will last me a long time, and I'm not looking to buy both so just looking for opinions...

Please let me know your thoughts.

If you haven't already, you should check out the demo versions for both of them. RPG has different gameplay to regular DROD so you'll want to see if it's your cup of tea.

I'd say TCB, but that's only because the original flavor is my preference (and it's bigger and takes place earlier in the canon). Again, try the demos, you get a large amount of content for both with just the demos.
