Bug or feature? If it's deemed a bug, I'll post how it's done (or PM one of the programmers if it's somehow exploitable), otherwise I'll let people figure it out for themselves ;). As far as I know, there's no actual advantage to doing it.

Hacking into the official hold, and scripting the cmd key?
Creating your own pocket roach, copying that room and placing the pocket roach?

Pocket roach takes the accessory slot on the player, and it occupies an accessory slot there on the ground. Where's the bug?

OHHH. You skipped the cutscene where you lose the roach. Oh well, your loss.

You should have lost the pocket roach going into the second part of the main hold.

Well, like I said, there's no actual advantage to it (as far as I know), but it's still technically unintended that you're able to take the pocket roach with you through the 2nd part. Probably not worth fixing though.

Nope. He's said previously that he wouldn't bother fixing it.

Interesting thing about that picture--it appears that the slots on white tiles are larger than the slots on dark tiles. It's probably not the actual case, but it's a neat optical illusion.

Ok, I take that back. I did manage to find one use for it:

I've fixed this in the 1.1 official hold by forcing the loss of the Pocket Roach (sniff) when carried into Homeland.
