The new rotate room command (Ctrl+F7) does not correctly rotate any script command that covers an area. The orientation of the box is preserved through rotations and always positioned such that the NW corner of the box is the "origin" when the room is rotated.

This can become rather nasty very easily. If you have a box strecthing from, say, (1,10)-(14,14), then rotating it by 180 degrees would give you a box from (10,1)-(23,5), which is outside the range of the room itself. If you then reflect the room horizontally and then vertically, all your architecture will be back in its original position, but now the box is covering (-8,10)-(5,14) - a translation of 9 squares west.

Thanks for reporting this. The fix is to also swap the width and height of the rectangle, which I forgot to do. This is fixed in the next patch.
