How can we cross back these arrows to return in the previous rules?

My first opinion is that it's not possible but after watching top scorers for "Back to the Beginning" (getting the hidden potion in rule 1), the firsts 4 people have 230 defense, that only can be achieved in the first part of the game by having the shield of rule 8.

That is one of the two main tricks necessary to get top scores. The second one, discovered by Kevin, uses another accessory in a more unconventional way that is closer to a bug exploit.

Afterwards it is a matter of optimizing hot tiles
