Go a GG will open if you pay 10GR. This can be changed only with a multiplier. My idea is this: after you place the GG, you can select how many GRs you will have to pay, if multiplier=1. You can also see there the multiplier and how many GRs you will have to pay having this multiplier.

And if you don't know, GG is Greckle Gate.

Meh. So you want us to have to right click on each and every greckle gate because you can't know for sure what it'll cost?

What should happen instead is a variable named _Cost, or something like that.

How about two different kinds of greckle gate?

The first would essentially be the standard gate, but the GR at x1 would be settable once for the entire hold, or possibly once for the entire level. This would allow different hold-wide currency scales (e.g. 500 gribbles = 1 greckle) without forcing players to right-click every gate or forcing architects to use ridiculous multipliers.

The second would be fully customisable, and visually distinct from the first (a different colour, perhaps). This would allow architects to require finer-grained amounts - say a 50 greckle gate at a x2 multiplier.

Normal greckle gates are already settable similarly to this. Set a multiplier to a negative number to get a different flat rate.

problem is that the multiplyer also affects attack tokens. Do you really want a - attack mutiplyer?

There ARE seperate multipliers. You want _ItemGRMult for greckle gates. Anyway, having a negative multiplier on attack ups would do the same thing as a negative multiplier on greckle gates: Flat rate as opposed to percentage multiplier.

Whenever an architect wants something fully customizable, they can probably build it now with a custom NPC with a default script. Just plop it down whenever you want it and there you go.

Fair enough - in that case, more gates seem to be unnecessary.
