Freewebs is okay, but uploading one file at a time using a slow-loading HTTP form sucks. I personally think Web1000(.com) is better; you only get 50MB, but you have unlimited transfers and it uses FTP for uploading, which is much more flexible, especially if you get a frontend like SmartFTP. You also get to have your own root-level domain name. For instance, the web site addresses you would get with:
