I've finished the game and downloaded Claythro Tower now. How do I start ist?

Click on "Where" in the main menu.
Click on "Import"
Select Claythro Tower.
Click on OK.
Click on OK again.
Then click on Continue.

Thats assuming you have version 1.6 of drod. If you are still on 1.5 you will need to upgrade to 1.6 to play user holds.

that was my mistake - I hadn't upgraded yet, so there wasn't a 'where'
