Some playtester comments:
General:
Quite a difficult hold with many interesting and varied ideas put together in interesting ways.
Entrance:
The quirk for this was a little unfair in a way.

×I suppose it was something to do with differences in movement depending on where you stand.
This took me at least 30 minutes to get just right.
1W:
It was quite an interesting room, especially...

×The serpent cycle of 60 moves. The thing was, at first I thought the roach near the red door had to be used for something, but it turned out not to be. Suggestion - make it only one serpent in the large loop, so you are forced to use it to kill the long serpent to unblock the queen

1S 1E:
This was fun.

1E:
This had me quite upset for 10 minutes when I just couldn't...

×Delay the serpent near the start enough. However, it was possible, although only by one move. I too liked the direct manipulation of the evil eye to get the serpents.
1N 1E:
I enjoyed this (I like mazes), although...

×I needed to use Paint to help me. Hitting the orb at the start was also quite tricky, sort of like a really difficult L5 1S 2W in Dugan's, but the solution was quite elegant.
So, that's what I think. Apologies if I've disclosed too much information for future viewers:
