This is where I'm stuck for days. It seems to be the last safe spot to kill the roaches comming from the bottom and the the 3 queens to the east. Whenever I mover further east I get killed by the following roaches from the bottom. Help please

That is a really tough room. You sounds like you are on the right track. You can make it you just have to take it slow. Can't really offer any particular advice to help just keep at it really.

What if you were to take the roach queens out in a different order? Is there a place you can park yourself before entering that upper chamber where you can kill 30 each spawn cycle?

jepp I read about going to the bottom first, but haven't found a secure spot in the room with the saving cross

I solved it tonight going up. But once I've finished the game I surely will restore to find out where the save place in the bottom is

I've never been able to solve it going up first, I always go down. I guess I have something new to try...

I went down on my first run through Duggans but went up the second time. I found going up easier though that may have just been beause it was my second time.

I think this a good thread for this query.



Anyway, I'm at 1 with the sword facing SE.
There are queens at 2,3,4,6,7,8, and 9. They've just spawned.
There is a roach column starting at 5.

I can't seem to get any further. Please help. TIA

back up NE, sword facing south, try to keep it facing south and with luck you can take the column and the new 2&3 spawns and then then run for the queens. though I don't remember being in that situation dealing with this room, I think I tried to take out the 678 queens before heading north

I always solve this room with killing 678 last, as I figure going for the brain first is important. It definitely hones your brained roach skills!
