I can\'t figure level 3 out there is no exit am I missing a room I have yet to conquer before the exit appears or what?

Go to the room with the big spiral. It has four exits. The one on the bottom right leads to the exit.

From the entrance
1). Goto one south(remember have to go inside of the box with 7 yellow line cover it)
2). Goto one south one west
3). Goto Twice south one west
From there finish all the room, hope you find it. If do not, i will show you again
