Eleventh Level, Once South (0)

Still loving it but I've a hit frustrating stop.
I have got rid of the tar to walk over the red floors but the red wall stays where it is.

This floor starts at 4 points at the top to the the bottom and 3 points left to right. Is there a mystery red floor tile I am missing?
