Feeling quite stupid right now because I cannot figure out even the first step here. I have to use the token before entering the roach chamber because I cannot kill a roach with my sword and live. But I can't find the correct starting moves to survive the roaches after tripping the door.

I was struggling with this as well, but I feel like a more clarified hint is more than necessary, for those delvers, who also might struggle in the future.
