DROD, CaravelNet and newer versions of the Squid proxy (+2)

In case anybody else is trying (or has to) access CaravelNet via a newer version of the Squid HTTP proxy:

If it plain doesn't work, it's probably because Squid balks on the "Expect: 100-continue" header that DROD is sending; in my case Wireshark showed me that all DROD got when it requested the holds list from the server was an error page from Squid.

To "fix" that (not that it was broken in older Squid releases), you'll have to add the line "ignore_expect_100 on" to your squid.conf file (or ask whoever administrates the proxy to do it)...

Just thought I'd mention it.
