Trust me you can reach it.
Obviously, how you do that is the challenge.
The fact that I'm assuring you that you can, should act as enough of a hint but here's a SPOILER if you want:

Unintended solution for Shapeshifting 1E?

(I hope to post fuller comments here, after I complete a whole level.)

I've almost completed the Shapeshifting Level

Here's what I've done so far:
Click here to view the secret text

I need help with the Entrance. Specifically, how do I kill the two serpents? I can't use myself as an obstacle, because the serpent eats me. There's no way to lead a roach in with the serpent (I could do that as a seep if I could somehow get to the edge of the room). The goblin would do the trick, but I can't free him without killing him (with gel baby).

:bangin Why didn't I think of that?

Oh, and about the Entrance: The serpent is a very alturistic beast.

Thanks! That worked. For some reason, because the serpents were moving before I touched the power token, I thought I couldn't do that. (I actually still don't understand why they move before I touch the power token in this room, and not in the TCB : King Dugan's New Dungeon rooms. I also don't understand why Player Role Wubba is vulnerable to serpents when it's not vulnerable to roaches or swords, but oh well...)

I've now completed the Shapeshifting level. What was the secret wall in the Entrance for?

Hey, thanks for the comments CSR!
Your solution for 1E is the intended one, actually.
However, solving 1N with the wraithwing isn't. The intended solution there is
Click here to view the secret text
so your solution cuts out a lot of the complexity. Could you post your demo for 1N, please?

Actually, assuming it involves killing one of the two roaches at the bottom first, it's easily fixable.

What? That was intended? And here I was feeling all guilty about "breaking" the room. :blush

Yeah, that's what I did. I'll spare you the demo, as it's 2000+ moves of fiddling with roach movement order to get them separated. I really like player role wraithwing, though, and hope I will be able to use it properly in another room. :)

Oops, sorry. I was looking at completely the wrong demo there, CSR. No it's not meant to be completed by Beethro from the North.

Neither of those 2 solutions are intended (Blondbeard's one is ok though, since it uses the wraithwing, it's just a very long way of doing it - you don't need to keep the first aumtlich alive.)

Sorry for the confusion. I'll get to work fixing things.

Oh, and why not make a secret version of the room where my solution is the required? Just move the walls up one square next to the preasure plate.

I've completed the Briars level now. I liked all these puzzles, as they have logical rather than random solutions. After figuring out the tricks, they didn't take too long to solve. The tight timing of some puzzles is very impressive. :)

And now I've done the Aumtlich level. These puzzles have fittingly evil lynchpins! (I like how the only two checkpoints on the level are intended to trick me into going someplace I shouldn't. Please may I have some real checkpoints... not only to save me from starting the puzzles over and over and over again, but also so I can have a savegame with the level completed?)

I made it through the Grid level, and indeed I needed to visit every room, sometimes more than once. It is possible to conquer 2N1W, but that doesn't seem to affect the solution to the maze. Please let me know what kinds of comments would be helpful on these rooms.

I'm now working on the Brain pathmaps level.

Here is an unintended solution for Brains 1N. I used the same unintended solution for Brains 1S.

I've completed the Brains level and mastered the hold. Actually, this is the first level I tried when the hold was first posted, and these puzzles looked too hard for me. The puzzles are indeed approachable now that I've sat down and concentrated on them without other distractions. Very enjoyable.

US for Aumtlich 1W? I did not go through the force arrow. Is that intended?

US for Aumtlich 1N? I used one decoy. Demo attached.

Have finished Briar level and my thoughts are:

1W seems too easy compared to remainder of level.

1S, 1E - the unintended solution makes this too easy.

1N - you might speed up the northern briar to make the timing more important.

The best puzzles on this level are 1S, 1E, 2E and 2E,1N. Each of them takes some thinking to solve and are fun when you figure them out. Unlike CSR, I used all of the decoys on pressure plates and made sure not to cut off any of the briars roots and instead focused on eliminating certain open areas.
