Cold Tiles will slow you down to one move every two turns. You can still turn normally, but moving is down to two turns. Enemies will also be affected.

The slayer's wisp will not be affected, but he and the hook will move at two turns a turn. Since the clock is not effected, enemy producers (Roach Queens, Tarstuff Mothers, Etc) will reproduce every 30 turns, it will take normal time for roaches to form but will be affected by the tile, and tarstuff grows normally.

I don't think I missed anything.

What this is saying, is I've seen multiple of the strangest and least likely things to go into puzzles, go into puzzles. So this may yet have some potential. You just need to think. Hmmmmmmm..... This could be hard. Lessee...
