It seems that I achieved to leave Level 4 of Master of Orion without having all rooms conquered. One room was still ton conquer...

× I am not sure of the name of that room that doesn't have to be conquered, I believe it is 1N 2E (lowest row, middle column). Here is the picture. As you can see, the "
red cross"
is gone, though this room was NOT conquered (I even didn't try it at all, just went through)...
