×What worked for me was burying the queen in a two-row layer of roaches against the middle wall in the bottom right quadrant.

×Then I dragged all roaches up a row from the left side so the queen would run right.

×When the queen was at a position where she was on the diagonal to the entrance to that "
hot tile corridor"
, I dragged the roaches down again.

×Finally, I ran SE of her, and that was enough to free her and make her run straight at her doom.
