Hmm......... Try downloading this hold, and follow the instructions(waits til you finish doing so). Why did it not work? The only different is the scroll. Is the scroll SUPPOSED to change it?

A more interesting phenomenom is the effect that scrolls have on brain-controlled monsters. Even if they can walk over scrolls, they often avoid doing so. I don't really see the logic in their behaviour.

This is just kind of a bug that has been pointed out, and probably won't be fixed (if at all) until the next big release. It's just an artifact of the object layer protocol (or something like that), and we've learned to work with or around it.
