Thisw is quite a hard room. What you need to do is kill the top two Tar Mothers, without destroying the blobs of mud in the bottom wing sections. That's really all there is to it, although it's hard to do .
EDIT: Thanks a lot for asking! Now I realized that the only reason I found it so hard(and actually never got past it) is that I didn't notice that #$%"&#§ crumbly wall. Which means that I always tohught I have to go the long way around...
