Sorry to bump an old thread, but this came up in chat again today. Many agreed that there should probably be an official mod for this. There's alreay an unofficial one here:

For those not wanting to read through this thread, here are some issues that have been mentioned as possible things such a mod should address:
* The colors of the highlights when you click on orbs/PPs/doors to indicate if it toggles, closes, or opens.
* Goblins/rock golems
* Tar/Mud/Gel and their appropriate babies
* Decoys/Mimics/Clones/Inactive Clones
* Potions
* Tarstuff change tokens
* Various floor types - Platforms/water/hot tile, and perhaps bridges
* Red/Blue/Yellow/Green/Black doors and their sister gates.
* Guards/Stalwarts
* Snakelike creatures possibly, though they do have the different tail for the rattler.
* Citizens and Relay Stations.

I realize that this probably involves a ton of work that I am not talented enough to do. But I thought it would be good to at least revive this since it came up in chat.
