I've been returning to some of the previous SmS holds while stuck in the AC level of TCB. For some reason, the Change Location menu says "Perfection", "Halph has a Bad Day", "Beethro and the Secret Society" and "The Choice" are "not published on CaravelNet", meaning for one thing that I can't see high scores or demos! I'm currently using 3.0.0.

Any ideas?

More information: Looking at my "Purchases" in my profile, these four holds are listed as available, but not purchased. Even though I do have these holds installed. My CaravelNet subscription lapsed for a while; might this have caused what I'm experiencing? Although I still have "purchased" Master Locks, Smitemastery, etc. I guess I'm confused by this purchased thing, especially with the change in how Smitemaster Selection holds are available.
