How does one unbecome a rock golem? If I use the golem token to make it through the previous room, I end up being a golem in this room and am killed almost immediately after stepping off the arrows. Is is that I should find a way through the previous room that does not change me into a golem or is there something else going on here?

Implicit in VIPCOOL's response is the fact that you need to complete this room as a rock golem. It's possible. (Note how trivial the room would be if you had a sword...)
