×I change the third chamber to green so that it does not create a baby, then I allow chamber 1 to grow once and chamber 2 to grow twice. With chamber 1 either red or blue, I cut it so that it can be cut once as a green. I then make chamber 2 mud and chamber 3 tar. I then cut the green in chamber 1, remove a row in chamber 2 (mud) and cut half of chamber 3 (tar). At that point, however, none of the remaining chambers will be cuttable as green, leaving me no way to go through again and finish clearing the rooms.
What am I missing?
Well...I'm not sure, but your explanation leaves me with a question:

Why go through it again? There's no black door, and you should be drawing the babies along with you (you must be, if you're making it to the second and third chambers).
there's a tunnel at the far end, after all...
