This room requires both efficiency and careful fuse timing.

all the tar. The 2x2 blob is uncuttable, so you need it to grow. But it won't grow unless you remove the fuse surrounding it. The fuse leads to a bomb that will destroy the mother, and after she's gone, the tar won't grow at all.
