Where can I find the help files for the new Architect's Edition, besides from the game itself? Is there a website or something?

The .html files are located (for me, for example) in C:\\Program Files\\DROD\\Data\\Help\\1. You can view these without loading up DROD.

Can I access them from a computer on which DROD is not installed?

Oh. You'd have to copy the .html files over to that computer, by a CD-R or something. No, the only resource for DROD outside of the program, as far as I know, is just the main website. Sorry for the confusion.
