Simple in concept, difficult for me in practice . . . generally, I can get as far as what I've done in the attached demo . . . or about a third of the way there. I always get stuck - can someone provide me a gentle hint or two on the right route?

I've watched your demo. This may not be the most efficient way to get through the room, but I suggest some advance preparation of the other platforms before you start moving the roach-killing platform.

OK this is the last room on this level and I am TOTALLY stumped.


My problem is how to survive long enough with only moving forwards and backwards? Is there a way to move without the mimic moving?

I think you need help for 4 South, 2 East, but I'll help you anyway.
I assume you turned on the fuse for the bomb and you remember that bridges fall into the abyss after all the land they are connected to disappears (like trapdoors)?
Hint:
You can kill the roach spawns by moving around the middle box and doing some fancy sword turns, keep trying! Then you can hoof it through the floor splattered with mimic goo.

Thank you for the reply, but I'm sorry I must be dense as it didnt help me much. I have tried moving to the top of the bridge after lighting the fuse, but I get overwhelmed with roaches. Would you be kind enough to post a demo please? And yes this was meant for 4S 2E, thought thats where I was. Maybe a moderator could move this to the correct location?

You don't have to move to the top of the bridge, just the top of the square in the middle. I'll post a demo when I get home. (30 minutes?)
