I have two #1 highscores that I'm very sure are legitimite, but the spider rejects them. I probably shouldn't post the demos here, but maybe someone could tell me some possible reasons.

I pretty sure this is because of clone placement. At the moment the spider counts placing a clone(or mimic or decoy) and switching between clones as a move, thus your scores show as #1s while you play, but the spider adds in the extra moves and makes them #1 ties. I think this is scheduled to be fixed in the next patch. There is more information in the thread here.
