The City Beneath : The Asking Chamber : 1 North (0)

I've managed to gain entrance to Firstcity and get "Answers" but do not have the slightest clue where to go next. The voice in nothingness suggested I seek out the first person I met - I think I did that and managed to piss them off because I had no news of their brother. Where do I go now?
