In this room I can't seem to make the adder eat the roach queens after releasing all of the doors, how do I do this? What's the linchpin?

That adder really wants to eat Beethro! If the roach queens are in the way, it eats them too. So, make sure the adder has to go through the roach queens to get to Beethro...

Have you checked what all the orbs do? Timing is important too.

Ok, when the adder is let out the queens may be along the top and right walls. As for the timing of hitting the orbs isn't it only the last orb that has to be timed perfectly? The other orbs have to be done in a specific order. It is the last one that is critical. But when is it opened so the adder will only go after the queens?


if there are no roaches by the queens then the adder will eat the first six (so far) and then turn south. At this point there is no way to get it back to the NE to finish the rest of his easy lunch. So, how to keep him eating to the East?

Appears to be a function of then the orb is struck. But When?

Yep, got it
