I'm totally stuck here... I can kill only a roach queen but then I get killed by the roaches.

Dangit, that'll be where I was going wrong too. That inconsistency between the Negotiator and Beethro could've been made clearer, really...

After the first two queens, I still get overwhelmed by roaches and not nearly enough fegundoes (or indeed control over them) to block them all.

Any more hints?

Taking out 2 queens straight away really helps on this room, and you might want to avoid exploding the fegundoes away from enemies especially at the start - bear in mind that the negotiator will turn to face a direction even if she doesn't actually move there, so bumping walls, pits, arrows etc can make the fegundoes corner very sharply.
