Apparently today is "National Talk Like a Pirate Day". Whatever. But I did get a link to a "What's Your Pirate Name?" website. Mine is:

(I wish we had color and size code tags on this forum!)

(And by the way, "Rackham" is pronounced like "Rack 'em". According to the quiz, I "have a good pirate name". Do they say that to everyone?)

When I posted this, all I knew was that one of the websites I frequent had all the news in pirate-y speech, and a link to the Pirate Name website. Later I found some articles on the history of the day, found out about Dave Barry's involvement, and the internationality of it. So, my apologies.

In related news, my fiancee's name is Bloody Grace Vane. So if I don't show up one day, alert the authorities.
