If I make a post, and then delete it, my post number doesn't decrement to reflect the removed post. I noticed this once by accident, and then made a dummy post to test it, and I now have two too many posts in my post count. Since this could be abused to make someone look much more active in the forum than they are, I see this as a bad thing.
