Please help once again.

I placed the mimic in the top middle room to kill the roach then I'm totally stumped. My problem is what to do next. If I cut the tat in the top west corner to kill the roach I can't cut the tar again to get to the orb to open the door in the center part of the room. Please help I'm stuck.
