Please help,I've finished this level before but I'm back finding secret rooms. I've re-entered this room but cannot open the door. I think it was opened for me the first time I came into this room.

Goblin king had opened it for you first time you visited this room. Anyway you can restore to the "room start", discover the secret, and then restore back to where you were before - the secret will still be counted as "discovered".
