Hi Pecan (or can I call you Catherine)
I assume you are talking about Sence East. Not too sure where you have got to, but the room takes over 1,000 moves (or 991 if you were Rabscuttle!!). I shall assume that you have killed all but the bottom right queen and have access to the Orb in the top right.

×As soon as you have access to the top right Orb, hit it.
Down the passage with the force arrow and hit Orb just below arrow (if you have been down here twice already, you are stuck as you will not have a trapdoor to use for exit).
Round the square and hit the Orb just above the force arrow.
Round the block again to hit the Orb directly below the one you have just hit (at 5,21)
Back round to hit the Orb at the entrance to the pretty middle area (at32,9)
Voila - entrance to the elusive queen is granted.
Of course if you have already dropped both trapdoors, your problem lies earlier.
