I don't know if this is supposed to be obvious.... I cannot kill the tar baby formed in the center of the tar!!! I don't believe there is any trick to kill an enemy 2 squares away from me.....

In addition, I have cleared the room to the north and to the east of this room. Yet I cannot have safe access to the room NE of this room. I probably have to use the corner to change screen, but I don't see any of these 3 rooms with the possibility to approach the corner! Help!!!

You can enter rooms on a raised wall. Hope that helps(with both rooms)
