×If you take out the NE rattlesnake first, you can store the goblin in there.

×You can cut the end of the NE snake by holding your sword SE to keep the goblin at bay, then moving NE until you cut the snake's tail.

×If you time it right, the roaches will come straight at you, blocking the snake's way north and making it go south into the dead end.

×After that, you can keep the goblin outside, clean out the north part of the NE room then fiddle around a bit to drop the trapdoors and kill the snake.
