The last secret room is waiting for me behind the force arrow in here. I'm assuming there are stairs leading there from somewhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Edit : I think I have forund the way. Unfortunately this might take a bit of work.

Edit2 : Actually was a lot easier than it looked!
