On the demo screen can we have a button "Upload this score" which will force an upload of the highlighted demo?

This morning I was playing a couple of rooms in Craz Cave and the scores didn't upload. I tried "upload my scores" and they still didn't upload. This leaves me running full score upload again which will take about half an hour to run, and leave the spider backlogged for a couple of hours (I have a lot of demos!). If we could have a button that allows upload of one particular score it would make things much easier for everyone in these circumstances.

One option for quicker uploads now:

* Export your player (saves only)
* From any room in CC, go to the demo screen, select "View all demos in level" then "Export all"
* Create a new DROD installation
* Import your player into it
* Download Crazy Cave into it
* Import the demo file with all the demos
* Do a full score upload.

This will be much quicker as your only demos uploaded will be the Crazy Cave ones.

Once you have the separate installation, it's easy to do it again if you need to. All you need to do is download the hold you want, import the demos and upload. One nice thing is that you can import demos from anywhere - as long as you have the hold installed, it's ok.

Bad thing is that it slightly complicated, and you may get problems with requiring fresh keys when you are swapping between installations(?). But it is effective for now.
