my queen roach doesn't want to pass on the tile. There are some blue citizens blocking her. When the queen arrives NW of the Tile, she isn't stopped, so I understand citizens are moving. Same problem when she arrives from SW.
But : I don't know how the citizens move, and where, exept for one, which is on the tile. Now, what should I do? thk

That's very strange... which version are you using? The version number should be in the top right corner of the main DROD screen...

All you need to do is to get the queen to go onto the tile which is colored differently. The characters (blue citizens) do not effect this objective.

I don't have blue citizens showing up running second sky 5.1.1
