I have no idea what to do.

Don't tell me any criptic clues, I've read many of them, and they haven't helped at all. (I know it's something to do with '-').

You're probably thinking too hard. You don't actually need anything to solve that one that isn't on your screen when you're looking at the riddle.

Just don't forget the -.

Which I guess it sounds like you're looking for anyways.

Seriously, there is *nothing* in that riddle that requires looking any farther than the image and the text.

Think for a moment about what you do with phone numbers like that when you want to dial them, hmm?
