I believe you're about to encounter the "it was mew" problem where you post something so easy that all you get is joke answers. It will take forever for someone to say that this screenshot is clearly from Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

It is not! Oddly enough, I actually considered posting a screenshot showing the Game Over screen of Shadowgate first, but I figured that might end up being too easy. I shall add two little hints and another screenshot soon if no one gets this one.

My next screenshot was going to be of the Portal area just after that spot in the game, which would probably have made it even more obvious to those familiar with the game.

I even had a screenshot ready of the Serious Room, in case nobody had guessed it by then...

I've played the original mod version of The Stanley Parable and I never realised the HD remake differed that much in regard to its content.

Well, seems like I've pretty much ruined everything. I'm sorry everyone. I am currently folding a paper hat with the word dunce written on it for me to wear...

I believe that is from Loonyland: Halloween Hill.

That is a fun and interesting game to play, especially the sequel.

oh no I forget about this!

I'm going to say jamesdenen was close enough. The screenshot was from Dr. Lunatic, but I'm fairly sure this would just devolve into him listed out the entire Hamumu product line. Also no one else made a guess, so yeah?

Ooh, I know this one! It's the vertically moving slime from Crypt of the NecroDancer!

Bonus points if you're an idiot like me and find yourself playing Smite Smite Roacholution from time to time, clearing out those pesky horde rooms to the beat of the background music.

Aquator, you got the game, but the monster is actually from zone 3.

I guess the zone 3 and zone 1 enemies do look similar...

Also you are absolutely correct. It's a Froggit from Undertale. Man, that screenshot was pretty hard and I feel kind of bad for not posting an easier one afterwards, as I had originally intended to.
