well, to be honest, I've got a huge store of mod points I've not been using lately. And I figured 'hey, it's not often that people are brave enough to go 'woo, three points plz', so I did it.
And, since I think there's something to the chutzpah of being the guy to stand up and do that, I modded up. This does not mean everyone do it--it's no longer brave and chutzpah-y, because it's been done too recently.
Erik has his squeaky wheel doesn't get the grease theory, I'm rather fond of the one that pops off, bursts into flame, and rolls off into the distance, bouncing a bit.
