A friend told me that MacWorld carried a print review in their July '06 issue. I'm not sure if it is the same review that Peter Cohen wrote that is on the website. Anybody seen it yet?

Sorry Eric, I couldn't find anything.

I looked through April to August and then it dawned on me that the version we get over here may be different form the US version. I logged onto the subscribers section of macworld.co.uk and did a search for DROD, but came up with nothing.

I then searched for Peter Cohen and found a couple of dozen reviews, mostly it seems of games, but again no mention of DROD. That's something you may want to try to rectify?

I did pick up a July issue of MacWorld and found a nice review by Peter in the magazine. It's a shorter version of the one on the MacWorld site. I also didn't realize MacWorld was so indie-friendly. There are a number of games from small independant developers listed in the article on games.

I can vouch for the UK and US versions of MacWorld being different. Back when I could actually spend money on stuff like that, I used to be subscribed to the US one and picked up UK versions of both MacWorld and MacFormat from the local Borders store. Consistently different magazines, though sometimes things showed up in the UK version a couple months after the US one, so it's possible that either the review isn't going to show in MacWorld UK or it's going to be another month or two.
