When I had the computer crash which corrupted my data, I lost the state of play for everything, including JtRH and KDD2. I reinstalled and have since completed a few holds, but I'd like to have the state of play for JtRH. Is it possible for me to export it from the copy I had on my laptop and import it into the copy on my desktop computer, alongside the holds I have recently completed? At the moment I am running two copies of JtRH on the same computer, but I'd prefer to have just the one.

Yes. On your laptop choose the Export Saves Only option, transfer this file over, and import it on the other machine and all progress on any holds will be merged.

edit: OK, I'm blind, or may as well be. It was staring me in the face and i still couldn't see it

Strangely, I imported saves only, and found I only had 67% of secrets completed, yet I could restore the Dreamplane. I exported and imported the player, and JtRH was 100% complete. How's that work?

I tprobably has to do with playing through levels while the old bug of sometimes losing secret room completion was present.

As another note, there is no reason that you shouldn't be able to restore past Mwalls (as I call them) because the game doesn't distinguish wether or not you passed an mwall to get there, just whether they are transparent or not.
