It was simply a matter of the file size stored in my database for that hold being incorrect after the update.

I've now downloaded and tested all holds on the Holds-board to see if there are any more occurrences of this bug. I've suspected for some time (ever since Rowthro's hold : How To Keep Idiots busy was updated) that something funny was going on, but I've never looked more closely at it. The results surprised me - I didn't expect the bug to have been as widespread as it is. Here's the list of holds that are corrupted (incorrect filesize) when downloading them from the forum:

All these have been updated at some point (The Defeat of the Goblin King. was updated today), so there seems to be a bug in the update code...
