Edit: to make it clear, the localtime tag isn't consistent with the untiltime tag. Or else the localtime tag isn't consistent with my local time, and trust me I'm in the right timezone in my profile.

this happened with the angry man contest as well - if the time was posted during "regular time" (or potentially in a timezone without dst), then daylight savings time confuses it into going negative one hour before revealing.
